I guess median Singapore adult asset should be at least $500k.
$225k from HDB, $200k in cpf, $25k in stock, $25k in insurance, $25k in cash. |

quite true. as inflation start to erode buying power. those inflation number reported seems like no reflect cook food price. those are the one that jumped by 20-30% in many places. fish ball noodles. 3.5 to 4 to 4.5 is not a 5% jumped. car price jumped does not affect most people directly.
