x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	hope that banks and businesses will learn the lesson from the past. this is one is a mismangement in term of managing their cash flow. lessons from northern rock of uk where they borrow from market to lend out. this one is reverse. the same thing mismatch of cashflow with wrong assumptions. they probably assume that they hold the bond till maturity it is safe and they earn the interest different. but when their need for cash out cause them to sell at the wrong time when bond has to be sold at lost.
