It s AGM Season Again!

Looks like the majority of companies have gone "green" and have gone digital with the annual reports. But the perennial problem of clashing dates and/or times for the respective Annual General Meetings persist. For this year (2023), there are 3 major AGMs to be held on the same day AND at the same time. These companies are:
1. Great Eastern Holdings 2. Keppel Corporation and 3. UOB. The AGMs of the above companies will each be held on Friday, 21 April at 1500h (or 3pm). Now if only the audio-video option were provided for these AGMs, then it would be possible to attend all at one go. AGMs are the only time the interested miniscule investor is able to participate and interact with the respective Boards. Go green, but go faster on resolving this frustrating clashing AGM schedule... |
