Jobs market getting tougher and with current weakness in the global economy ... I hope everyone in the hiring side to focus hiring Singaporean first. Inflation is high.... Disposal income has fallen... Everyone is not being spared .... I been to companies and see groups of workers from certain country trying introduce more of their fellow country man.... I believe this is not healthy... Especially in big MNC/or government subsidary. Just imagine the interviewer is part of the group.... HR should give chance to fellow Singaporeans.... Company that deal with Sensitive data should really hire more Singaporean....some just come and learn and bring back to their country.... And they could leak or sell our architecture / system.... Just saying only... Just want people to give chance to Singaporean.... Security and culture of the company will be better.....my 2 cents .... Good luck 🤞 |
