Listed in CAD, market cap $47 billion for Manulife Fin Corp, need 3 countries clearance, alot of paper work, CAD, US, SG. Write a nice marketing story to say privatise only use 1 billion and its a great deal, inform existing Manulife Fin Corp shareholders dont worry. BUT, the max should be at NAV 0.38 to 0.40. dont think cross this NAV to privatise. |

Another thread says have assets. Now is Manulife Financial Corp waiting to privatise it only. |
