But would be tough to succeed without a good price as the small free float would mean the remaining dissenting shareholders will have a big say as the 75% rule swings in their favor because of the small free float. It has been 2 weeks yet the Offer Document is not released yet and brokerage firms have also not received any official email notification from SGX with regards to the CA.
