Actually either way also win condition. You hold for dividends then sell in the future, you get to gain the dividends plus future capital gains. Sell at 3.8-3.85, u immediately gain the small capital gains. both way also win. Just which one huats more and whether got patience | ||||

Holding beyond XD to pocket the 9.8 cts may turn out to be a blessing in disguise if we are going to see a repeat of Dec 2016. Here' s the chart.  On XD, there was the usual gap down. She then continued to dip a little more. But note what happened to her after that. She CHEONG all the way up to even higher than her pre-XD HIGH. Last December, those who stayed with her beyond XD got to keep the dividends plus sell at a much higher price. I dont know whether she will do it again. No amount of chart reading or price action analysis can give us the answer. It all boils down to the monkey - whether he wants to make it happen. For us, it is a guessing game. Macam buy BIG or SMALL in a casino. For the monkey, its a question of ........I Chia Mai only.

Frankly speaking , dun see any chance to go beyond $3.9 b4 XD this time, max should be around $3.85. Me willing to let go around $3.8. Afraid might end up being forced to take dividends instead . | ||||

Not uncommon for monkey to stand aside first following the first day of push. Sometimes we will see a big hole in the ground. And we get scared. And weak holders will start to worry and throw their scrips back.... into that hole in the ground. After the throwing is done and no more weak holders left, the monkey then close his mouth and suddenly appear by rising from the ground. Only then we realise that....that hole in the ground we saw earlier is actually the monkey' s mouth fully wide opened.  Opened at 3.74. Now 3.72 : 3.73. Hearing continues...

Tomorrow, you observe the price action. If the Bull Fund continues to do multiple Buy-Up trades in big lots and swallow up sellers in the queue level by level like what he did today devouring sellers at every level from 3.68 to 3.74, you will see the intraday price doing higher highs. If there are intraday pullbacks in the price tomorrow, the pullbacks will be shallow and shortlived and each pullback will end at a higher level than the previous pullback. In other words, you will see Higher Lows too in the intraday price action. In this kind of bullish price action, every pullback is an opportunity to add more positions. That is, if you have the bullets and are willing to put your money to work. If the upmove is very strong...like today, then you wont see any pullbacks. In such a case, just grab from the sellers. Coz its either you accept the risk and grab some from the sellers or you miss the boat. When the price is rising, adding more to average down is alot alot easier than to average down when the stock is still falling and searching for its bottom. Becoz when the stock is rising and you add, what you buy now is worth more later and even higher tomorrow. Whereas if you average down when the stock is falling and still falling, what you buy now is worth lesser later and even lesser tomorrow.

 Expect some resistance at 3.78 where the 200-ema is. 3.78 is where she was the day before she announced her results and dividends and special dividends. The next day, that idiot moron fund started to sell and caused her to fall 13 cts to 3.65. And now, this phoenix will rise from the ashes. But the ashes will be quite thick at 3.78. Give her some time to disperse the ashes there. Unless the monkey no hew about the 200-ema and use rocket fuel to pierce thru.  |

Those of us who have been in the market long enough and have seen this type of price action in this stock or in any other good index stock, will find this price action very familiar. We have seen it before. And seen it many times. And we know what the rest of the story is. And armed with this knowledge, we know most likely what is going to happen.
