 Alert Admin 		Was also addressed by the chair that this is a function of what they won the mandate of the IR for previously, which was to develop it into an integrated resort so the offering and proposition are naturally different from MBS.

I go rws quite often as I was given 3 nights stay every month, the location really lose out big time to mbs, the shopping belt is literally empty most of the times. Inside the casino, there is a bunch of elderly from JB every day. Eateries business also no good, actually I am quite surprised they make so much money every quarter

 Alert Admin 		As mentioned previously, if only they learn from some of the other blue chips, commit a $500m or decent sized share buyback, stock will fly. The cash yield from the share buyback + ~6% yield now offers sufficient margin of safety. The board and management need to be more focused on TSR for minorities as they are the largest shareholders!

Maybe BBs are playing with retailers. Buy up then near day end sold down to lock in profit. As long business continues to make profit, it will move up sooner or later. Just hope GS can do SBB when needed. YZJSB rarely do SBB also but lately also do SBB to support price. Unlike GS, get the mandate for show only.

You can walk in any AGM as long as you hold the respective shares in your CDP Account and bring your IC for verification otherwise appointed as a Proxy to attend the AGM.

Agreed. Any kakis attending the AGM? They have ~40% of market cap ($3.8b) being net cash with no debt - it really is poor capital efficiency. They should be driving better returns with that cash hoard else just return it to shareholders in the form of higher dividends or a programmatic share buyback programme to increase the cash yields for shareholders. With the stock at 5.3% yield and if they spend $1b out of their net cash of $3.8b on their books against current market cap of $9b, that is easily a return of another 11% yield which adds to 16% cash yield for shareholders. 

The stock will just fly to try and find its true intrinsic - much smaller example but Raffles Medical recently did the same and stock has re-rated > 20% post earnings. Yes, they probably need cash for their capex plans in the coming years but it needs to be taken into consideration the net present value. Just some thoughts but clearly their management nor IR are reading this!
