If they are issueing more shares, then the EPS per share will drop because they dilute the shares. The booklet mention that they are letting the shareholders decide if the company is able to buy back shares, as well as to cancel away the shares. For a company to buy back its shares, means that they are either using it to reward the employees instead of issueing more shares which will dilute the share value or they want to reduce the total share capital so as to increase the per share value. |

Hi recently received a booklet from Top Global saiding something like " Shares option" saiding 22nd AGM to decide what is that ?did any of you guys received it ?? is it a good news or Bad |
