x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I like their high tec offices and the data centres.  Yield also rather decent for this REIT.  Not so much for the other spaces like light factory. There is also a need to do NS when it comes to rental renewal. High gearing and potential increase in interest are pulling down the price. Can add to watchlist.
