I guess with this situation and price I can see one of two things happen: 1) a rights issue because they did not raise as much money from the SPAC as they wanted, or 2) a privatisation by management / Temasek because they might as well, given they previously bought at S$5 therefore even a big premium to the current price would be cheap.
Clearly knowing which of 1) or 2) happens is critical.

Was trying to study their balance sheet - so with the redemption, not quite sure how much cash is exactly left on the books? Need to know if they can stop the cash burn and turnaround...

The value of an option depends significantly on the lifetime left of the option, By doing the 17Live deal the Vertex option life has extended by many years. In contrast the Pegasas SPAC option life is ending very soon while the Novo Tellus situaton is unclear. So it makes sense that the 17Live option value is much higher than the others.
Pegasus SPAC just annouced it will be dissolved.
Looks like Novo Tellus will follow the same path because there is not enough time.

This one now trading at $0.014 with ex price of $5.75 (mother now $1.56.
Might as well buy Novo Tellus Wrt now @ $0.004 (same conversion price $5.75 but the mother is $4.89.
At $0.004 just take it as a write off and hold. Who knows what awaits
