Hidden Gem of Industrial REIT in SGP

This is a share you can keep holding and collecting dividend, the down side for share price maybe only 10 percent based on past figures, but one year of dividend could more or less cover most of it and the price will come back sooner or later its quite reasonably priced now

 

I knew that not many analysts have good reviews on this. However , this reit seems to be able to hold and distribute div consistently over the past few qtrs

Any opinion ?
