Less than a week after its collaboration with CBRE Realty on Sept 20, Singapore&rsquo s second largest agency in terms of sales force &ndash ERA Realty Network &ndash struck another similar collaboration. This time, with HSR International Realtors.
Earlier this evening, associates from HSR International Realtors received a welcome letter from ERA. &ldquo We believe that this collaboration is monumental as both companies are committed to providing excellent service and customer satisfaction," according to part of the letter gleaned by EdgeProp Singapore.

Last week&rsquo s collaboration with CBRE will mean 290 agents could potentially cross over to ERA, bringing the latter&rsquo s sales force to 6,500 agents. HSR International' s latest headcount is 375 agents. It will propel ERA&rsquo s total sales force to 6,875 agents.

This will further narrow the gap between ERA and PropNex, which is currently in pole position with 7,542 agents as at Sept 24.
