But one thing I like is their technology.
Also with confirmed contracts, it will move up.

I used to like this company.
Now I think the share price will be depressed.
1) By the rights issue.
2) The convertible bond, convertible at around current price. This bond used to have a much much higher conversion price. But not too long ago, they renewed it on new terms, including lowering down the conversion price to so low. Omg.

people are still buying up @23.
i think this is a matter of time, most likely after rights issued.

That's why prices are at 22/23, u unlikely to get 22 la but 23 is a little higher than rights. There were some buying @24 like me, with the expectation that it will move further.

Thank you
for a smooth ride to orbit. Our team has taken over the operations and have made successful contact with both Capella-3 and Capella-4. We will take the next few weeks to go through commissioning and calibration of both SAR satellites.

The rights are non-renounceable. You' ll have to grab around the rights price from the market

Bought at 24, so it's already higher than rights.
Either have to buy rights or wait for it to move up.

The rights is $0.0225. This is looking more attractive as the company announces another new SDR contract  https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/AVT-Announcement_on_additional_new_order_240121.ashx?App=Announcement& FileID=645982
This brings SDR contracts alone to $1.7m since the start of the pandemic, and it says it is confident of securing more orders before the end of FY 2021 ie. 31 March 202 |

ARKX ETF Filing
According to  ARK&rsquo s filing on Wednesday, holdings in the space ETF will include: firms that launch, make, service or operate platforms in orbital space (like satellites and launch vehicles) firms that do the same for suborbital space (including drones and air taxis) firms that build technologies for aerospace operations (like artificial intelligence, robotics and 3D printing) and firms benefiting from other aerospace activities (such as agriculture, internet access and global positioning systems.)
The difference between orbital and suborbital flight is the speed at which a vehicle is traveling. An orbital spacecraft must achieve enough speed to remain in orbit around a planet a suborbital spacecraft travels at a slower speed and can&rsquo t do that.
.
News about ARK&rsquo s space-themed ETF led to  a rally Thursday in related investments.  The Procure Space ETF jumped 4.9% by 10:15 a.m. ET, and shares in Virgin Galactic rose 19%,  Bloomberg reported.
&ldquo People want to follow [Wood],&rdquo James Pillow, managing director at Moors & Cabot, told Bloomberg. &ldquo She pounded the table on battery technology and electric vehicles when no one else was interested in that investment space, and she was right. People don&rsquo t forget that.&rdquo
The ARK Investment Management filing did not disclose fees for the proposed ETF, but they&rsquo re likely to be between 0.75% and 0.80%. These are the fees for ARK&rsquo s current five actively managed ETFs, which focus on companies involved in disruptive technologies and were among last year&rsquo s top performers.
Those funds have relatively concentrated portfolios, ranging from around 30 to 55 stocks each, which will likely be the case for the proposed Space Exploration ETF.
Hopefully ARK will add Addvalue into the ETF portfolio.

The timing of the briefings for institutional investors was quite interesting Just a week or two later, ARK informed that they intend to launch the Space ETF.
