Adventus Holdings enters into loan agreement with interested person
Adventus Holdings, on Sept 20, entered into a loan agreement with Fiesta Development Pte Ltd, where the latter has agreed to loan the former US$10 million ($14.1 million).
The loan comes with an interest fee of 5% per annum and is repayable in full at the end of 12 months from the loan disbursement date. The loan agreement also comes with the option of an extension for another 12 months or beyond, with notice given to the lender (Fiesta Development) in writing.
Fiesta Development is owned by Chin Bay Ching, who is also the controlling shareholder of Adventus Holdings. As at Sept 20, Chin has a direct and deemed interest of 756.6 million ordinary shares, or a 30.86% stake in Adventus.
Accordingly, Chin is deemed as an interested person in this transaction.
Of the loan amount, 10%-20% will go towards the development cost, 60%-70% will go towards repaying its bank borrowings and 10%-20% will go towards working capital.
In its bourse filing, Adventus says: &ldquo The group is closely monitoring and managing its cash resources, cashflow and working capital requirements and believes that the loan will enhance the group&rsquo s flexibility in its cash management strategy and provide additional cash for the group to apply towards the proposed uses of the loan proceeds as set out above.&rdquo

yap... that time a few users loaded Adventus on the advice of experts.. I think they loaded quite ALOT and at quite high a price around 20-25 cents then.
Times really fly. Wonder where are those users now... and how are they now

I MUST EMPHASISE AGAIN. IM NOT YOUNG ANYMORE. ALMOST 40 BUT NO MONIES TO MARRY NEXT YEAR, BTO FLAT COMING NO MONIES TO RENOVATE, MONIES LOST HALF AND REMAINING HALF STUCKED IN ADVENTUS LEGOLAND. NO CHOICE RESORT TO SELL HOUSE.

It is a dead fish now. I though today can closes at 22 but there are always got people throwing and never ending.
this one lose steam already, but to push is also not difficult.
The one who earns are those who bought at 1 to 1.2 cents when everything is quiet and sell at 1.6 to 1.8 cents...
The one who lose $$$ are those who bought at 1.6 to 1.8 cents when it " looks" like it is chionging :) and got stuck.

Guy A queue 1000 lots to sell at 1.5 cents and 1000 lots to sell at 1.6 cents. A' s friend B buy 1000 lots at 1.5 and 1.6 cents, creating an impression going to chiong. Innocent investors start buying and they start selling after accumulating thousands lots of adventus at 1 to 1.2 cents.
