The proposed merger of Alliance Minerals in SGX with Tawana of ASX is underway.
Baring any other better offer, the proposed merger is expected to be approved by major shareholders.
Can we use this forum to track and update interested investors on the progress of the merger?
The share price of the merged entity should move favourably given all the positive effects of the merger...plus the fact that mining production is in full swing and shipment meeting schedules.
