Ideally Sabana should expand its mandate to include Islamic properties outside Singapore to include Malaysia and Indonesia .It?s existing industrial portfolio in Singapore should be streamlined and market under the ESR Brand leaving Sabana to market Islamic( Shariah)properties SIN-MAL-IND.
Sabana high yield & low P/BV is ideal to merge with ESR and become 3rd largest reit.

ESR has been accumulating Sabana shares and speculations are that it is the next cab off the rank after VITA. Who knows.Time will tell.Perhaps time for smart investors to accumulate too.
