come come come to read about the saga of low ball delisting by Aztech management!!!! Are Aztech management of good character that you can entrust your money to them???? Who authorise and approve their IPO????

How can minority shareholders challenge this Ordinary Resolution?
And this come after a failure to obtain 90% Exit Offer acceptance when listed. Failed to exit with a Selective Capital Reduction few months later. Now this EGM again within 2months.
