first round not enough premium!!!! Going for second round!!!!
Why SGX didn' t bar this same management from IPO again???? Can IPO list and then low ball delist and then IPO list again how many times???? MAS is OK with this repeated washing luadary to let the management take advantage of citizen money???? MAS keep quiet pretend it didn' t happened???? How many cases happened already????

Yes. Either accept cash 50cts per share interim dividend (default) or elect for scrip dividend @50cts per share.

During the 1st year of the delisting there was a 30cts interim and 10cts final.

May I ask how many times dividends they gave since delisted.
I never knew they could give dividends in a delisted come. What a waste as I sold off to them

Ha..ha... Yes, Aztech just declared interim dividend of 50cts, higher than the 42cts delisting price. yes yes yessmiley

NTA is now doubled from around $1.10 to $2.40 now.

Dont forget $12.5m profit is still small relative to the nearly $400m revenue.

At the prevailing 42cts per share, no minority shareholder of the right mind will SELL now, esp after receiving 40cts within a year of delisting

yes what i mean is they declared 40 cents immediately after delisting.. After that they can choose not to give dividend  to " teach" minority a lesson
