Most likely is testing $1 level again but nothing furthur than that ...

Unless  somebody " accidentally" revealed some docu .....that really confirmed that this is indeed going to happen soon...

In hindsight, they had been speculating to list their assets for quite sometimes. I actually think that they are morre or less ready , but waiting for a better market sentiment to list.

If the trade talk collapsed and rumors of us recession resurface, they likely will halt again.

The Board of Directors of Boustead Projects Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore known as Boustead Industrial Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo BIFM&rdquo ). 
 
The principal activity of BIFM is that of property fund management. BIFM&rsquo s initial paid-up capital is S$250,000. 
 
The incorporation and registration of BIFM are not expected to have any material impact on the Group&rsquo s earnings per share or net tangible asset value per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2020. 
 
None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions.

Dont need to worry too much. Within the next 2 years, this counter will recover to more than $1.20. Just look at the massive all time high book orders, and all the new/upcoming leasing projects.

Need to be patient. When this counter spikes to $1.10, then brokerage houses may start to come in and give buy recommendations with target at $1.40.

The RNAV for this counter is easily more than $2.00. Let' s wait for the annual report. U can see the market valuation.
