C& G not many forumers here interested list or delist 1900 share holders sleeping lah...
So C&G got hope to be RTO and 1900 share holders unlike Hyflux still have hope to get back something...

5. The Chairman of the Company had on 11 December 2019 made a request to the Minister of Finance to look into the matter for the benefit of more than 1900 Singaporeans shareholders and supporting the Company to get more time to complete the Proposed Transaction.
6. The SGX-ST had on 12 December 2019 clarified that there will be a slight delay in the delisting date and the Company will update on the delisting date shortly.
SGX where got so heartless? they give out so much heart by allowing extention after extention. now give out above all extra heart. haha

Why Sgx so heartless people said got someone want RTO and maybe can have some residuce money it still no heels rejected two times and now said have slightly delay but still need delist ?

For three years cannot find business the 11M HKD now become SGD 20k...Delist on 18 Dec no money to give exit offer loh (I think only)....The company depend on one person once some mishap company close....poor thing.

voted against the sale of the company at the EGM voting, as the chart clearly show the bullishness of the Grandblue share, just less than a year to be able to sell in stages as the share goes higher. Short sightedness of the present mgt, all the good effort of the late kind and respected Lin Yan to protect minority shareholder was wasted....
