I have sold all my remaining 80 lot at $2.32... it' s an emotional ride for me.... anyway,,,, good money though.... congrats to those surviving winners!!! Yeah....

Of course it' s not impossible. Based on recent precedents, Super and UEL were trading higher after the offer.
But I' m not waiting for another few months. Price is close enough, I' ll just take and go.

My opinion is, those holding need not wait for closure. Anything above 2.31 can let go, cash out and move on to next target. Take money off the table first. A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush.

Today is the vote in HK. Looking at market depth of $2.30, the votes went through. Now waiting for unhalt. Financial Advisers appointed by Independent Directors have not issued report on GO.

I doubt the Mindef thing is going to impact much as gov say they will clear certain ppl for handling mindef matters what.
I got 1 lot only, regretted didnt load when it hits 2.0x
and of cos, hoping it to go through!

Will S' pore' s gov' t try to scupper the deal? As CWT is currently contracted to managing some of Mindef' s resources. Obviously we do not want the Chinese to have an insight into some of Mindef' s privileged info.

CWT has been quietly creeping towards it' s " target price" of 2.33
those who are not yet on board may find that the risk-reward probability may not be worth it. Holders will be waiting for the D-day.

Since CWT is the sponsor of CacheLOgistcs Trust, upon buying-over CWT, HNA will end-up as the sponsor of CLT,... which means HNA will have a REIT under its wings already,... hence, no need to form another REIT,....
