Hello everyone,
I am new to Ascendas REIT and I have very recently acquired some small amount of this counter, after studying its financial figures.
I have a few questions which I would like to ask Jose if you who have experience with Ascendas Reit:
1. Does Ascendas REIT send you all the options to re-invest your dividend (DRIP) or receive them in cash each time they have Distribution of Units?
2. So far from those of you who have held Ascendas for a long time, how have you all benefited from this Reit? Or have anyone of you had any bad experience with this Reit?
3. As it is an industrial Reit, moving forward, how do you all see its business as Singapore changes its industrial landscape?
