  Adjustment for Distributions Section 2.4 of the Letter to Shareholders in the Offer Document states that without prejudice to the foregoing in section 2.3 above, the Offer Price has been determined on the basis that the CHL Shares will be acquired with the right to receive any Distribution that may be declared, paid or made by CHL on or after the Offer Announcement Date. Accordingly, as stated in the same section 2.4, if any Distribution is announced, declared, paid or made by CHL on or after the Offer Announcement Date to a Shareholder who validly accepts or has validly accepted the Offer (the &ldquo Accepting Shareholder&rdquo ), the Offer Price payable to such Accepting Shareholder shall be reduced by an amount which is equal to the amount of such Distribution, depending on when the settlement date in respect of the CHL Shares tendered in acceptance of the Offer by the Accepting Shareholder falls, as follows: (a) if such settlement date falls on or before the books closure date for the determination of entitlements to the Distribution (the &ldquo Books Closure Date&rdquo ), the Offer Price for each CHL Share shall remain unadjusted and the Offeror shall pay the Accepting Shareholder the unadjusted Offer Price for each CHL Share, as the Offeror will receive the Distribution in respect of such CHL Share from CHL or (b) if such settlement falls after the Books Closure Date, the Offer Price for each CHL Share shall be reduced by an amount which is equal to the amount of the Distribution in respect of each CHL Share (the Offer Price after such reduction, the &ldquo Adjusted Offer Price&rdquo ) and the Offeror shall pay the Accepting Shareholder the Adjusted Offer Price for each CHL Share, as the Offeror will not receive the Distribution in respect of such CHL Share from CHL.

EW 740-w1:820-w2:abc 770-820-775-w3:ext EW 1020-w4:920-w5:?
w3 is ext so w5 = 920+(wave1+wave3)*61.8%.
w5 tgt=920+((820-740) + (1020-770))*61.8%=1120.

Also, w5 should be a EW as well.
Need to wait 1 to 2month from now.
And ride the waves.
 

 

price seem to be heading south... any news on the M& A?

 

This M& A matter is on/off but with recent development at PTC, it gets traction. Along the way, the counter received attention and re-rating hence recent run-up and could scale higher esp with upcoming (likely favourable) Qtr results  announcements, with or without further M& A news.

Shares tightly held .... majority shareholdes owns well over 70% n a well-run biz.

as can be seen from the low volume traded recently during the run up, not much sellers around, target price is $1 ++, could be a target for a take over like the CWT

 

the resistance is at 0.88, once crossed will go higher...huat ah, vested at 0.74 recently

 

the divident yield is a nice 5% + for current price, undervalued stock
