another lock down? 
by now  most has learned.
1. some places managed to control covid-19 very well without a lock down.
lock down is only 1 of the many ways to check the infection.
2.we also know now that covid-19 need to get into the body, invade a cell to make use of the duplication capabilities to grow. then need to get out of the body to enter another body.
3.so the best place to stop the circuit is to block it at exit from the body. by wearing a mask.
experiment done by some shows that a sneeze/cough without blocking can go to 10m.
with a tissue , sleeve of arm, mask reduces the substantially.
so lock down being so economically not viable is only the inital response.  the rest we know how already.
  4. avoid touching your face before washing your hands, in worse case use the back of your hand to rub your face. at least that part is less likely to be infected. we touch surface with the palm of our hand not the back of hand.
mid apr has hit the worse from covid-19. things are recovering well from there. 
airplace taken off as recovered 3x from 2k a day to 7k a day now although still far from 30k a day before lock down.
