I consider myself a shareholder activist, fighting for the rights of minority retail shareholders
In the case of Datapulse, a change of controlling shareholder has occured, and minority shareholders should receive an offer at 55 cents!
Lets hope all minority retail shareholders unite to vote out the exisiting board led by Low Beng Tin to force them to offer to buy minority shareholders out at 55 cents!!!
