Based on latest AR 2025, major management changes has taken place.
One ex ED has resigned and the prev CEO stepped down.
Means savings in major personnel expenses.
New ED Ang JL is running on a lean cost structure.
Their vehicle fleet are going green thru adoption of EVs and eco-fiendly logistical set-ups.
Ang JL is also concurrently the Engineering div head of Union Steel.
Hence good chances of further corporate developments thru cross marketing or M& As.
