6 more trading days, should see some action by next week. I will not exercise the warrants unless the Mother share price is at least 6 cents.

Yes, so the mother stock might be in action soon for the last time to fry the son... So very high risk warrant. Mother most likely will run one last time before next week.

Last trading day 26 Mar iirc. Too late to fry warrants.

warrant has less than 1 mth validity, buying is a gamble, better to buy other shares with 0.3 cents

I dont think its the CEO who dispose the warrants.. its another related person. The CEO has far more warrants than 14.3m

From what I see, the CEO disposal of 13M warrants is not totally a bad news. He is left with 1.3M warrants after the sale. Why do you think so? My guess is he wants to convert the remaining shares. I will see it as he wants to increase his stake by 1.3M else he should have disposed of all warrants at one go. Agree? This should be a signal of confidence in his company.

Agreed, absolutely so. I think what everyone must be watching is to see if billionaire ah Lim exercises his warrants. If he does so, the mother share price will surely fly.  Good luck

I think u r right, Director/Founder just disposed 13M warrants

If Mother share go to 5 cents I think can buy Warrants at 0.3 cents. If 6 cents then can buy at 0.4 cents. That is only valid for next week. As time gets shorter, it gets more worthless. Buying the Mother share is safer.

if mother go above 6 cent. SURE the big boy will eat up all the son to cover to mother share. High risk high return. Trade with caution
