GONE CASE COUNTER WHICH STILL BEING PROMOTED BY JOHNNG IN OCTOBER despite the executive chairman, an executive director and a non-executive director have "thrown in the towel" since august:

Just 1 year plus ago, this was everyone daring.

The fate is still the same for S chips.

Hopefully not a lot of ppl get stuck for the latest suspension.

You need to check why jump to 2cent.

check trade summary or time/sales. (hint: 0.1 lot buy up from 1.6c onwards)

And what is the purpose of maintaining the price...just gives long term holders an opportunity to exit the counter. Looking at the volumes I don't see much of speculative interest as well.

Good for one night stand only.

Manage to gain some profit from recent rebound. Then i never watch anymore.

Anything can happen to this idiotic counter...anyhow siphoned out huge cash and say luckily we have enough cash. My reaction was W.T.Fish. Nobody take action for that and SGX close eye? That is our current world class regulator. Short term punting is amazing but who knows what will happen for a fake breakout one day? Remember all the S-Chips? Suspended Delist and dramatic action follow up

Infact had my name on the AR as one of the Top 20 shareholders at one point of time. I had felt this was one S-Chip which had a honest management. Used to attend all AGM' s met up with top managment (including the CEO), the auditors as well as the independent directors. However unfortunately this turned out to be one of the worst S-Chips when they siphoned off all their cash holdings out!!! Anyways this was followed by the auditors resigning (Foreland has been unable to get any auditors since Baker Tilly resigned). Infact they have not even come out with an Annual Report for 2014 yet!!! Just a heads-up to fellow forumers on the history of Foreland.
