Few years back I bought at 5 dollar plus and sold at 6 dollar plus. It was really a decent and good dividend stock.
But maybe due to interest rate increase and China economy slowing down then share price drop ba.
But shld reach a fair value soon.

What happen?
I thought Hong Kong retail not doing well

Looks like Hong Kong retail is not doing well
Fortune REIT dropped about 13% from the top and currently sitting on the support. Good time to buy?

Results just out. Better than last year. DPU also increase. NAV also increase. No wonder price so strong.

The Occupy Central movement in Hong Kong does not impact Fortune REIT as the malls are not located in the affected districts
FORTUNE Reit reported a 25.9 per cent increase in distributable income to HK$193.1 million (S$32.27 million) for its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2014.

Today highest at HK$ 7.53 , lowest at HK$7.19 , close at HK$ 7.26.
Very volatile.

This one price fluctuate quite a lot in a day. If know the price pattern, can make some kopi money. Remember this is in Hong Kong dollar.

But its dpu yield not that good. Can wait and see whether it drops further more. Reits and trusts lost its lustres after QE tapering started.
