agree, perhaps good to seek temasek' s communication department for advice since it is quite a major shareholder, I am sure they are in the happiest mood. For operating a port, it will never be for less than 30 years. hopefully there are some gurus who could chip in here to substantiate, otherwise temasek has the fiduciary duty to response when asked

But without knowing how long is the land tenure of the port, and usually China is leasehold and not freehold - how do we know we are not getting a raw deal????  What if the land lease is only 10 years????
