Heatec Jietong Holdings Narrows Q3 2025 Net Loss on Revenue Growth and Lower Finance Costs, Strengthens Balance Sheet with Cash Generation
Q3 2025 revenue increased 15% year-on-year to S$5.0 million, driven by stronger heat exchanger segment activity gross profit grew 16% to S$1.4 million.
Net loss for the quarter reduced to S$0.3 million from S$0.6 million last year, reflecting higher revenue, better operating income, and a 25% drop in finance costs as borrowings fell.
9M 2025 revenue up 6% to S$15.2 million net loss widened slightly to S$0.7 million, mainly due to rising staff and administrative costs.
Operating cash flow improved to S$1.5 million for 9M 2025 and total cash/cash equivalents rose to S$1.7 million, showing effective working capital management.
No dividend declared due to continued losses net asset value held at S$10.2 million and group equity remains robust.
Key focus remains on boosting heat exchanger expansion, restructuring underperforming segments, and executing cost control to restore profitability in a tough environment.
Must be more than 30% lah...so no show just change a SSH only.

Just curious, will this married deal result in mandatory offer under Singapore Code on Take-overs and mergers? Since more than 25% of the shares has been acquired by a single entity at one go.
If is a marriaged deal, we shld b seeing announcement later and the offer shld b extended to all other shareholders... since more than 25% of shares being purchase from Yong Li Vien and his wife, I think.
Yuuzoo previously also sold in marriage deal 35M shares at 15c after that share price come down fast already....not all marriage deal at higher price are good...

seems the 0.110 is two married deals (32,030,678 of the total of 32,920,178 traded today)but why at such high price compared to last closing ?
so something surely must be brewing.

Surely none of the minority public knew anything about this biz.
Purely shady people inside. CAD should take a closer look at such practices other than the usual toothless sgx query.
