So as long as Hotung continues share buy-backs and businesses don' t encounter major set-backs and dividends continue to be attractive, you will be getting at least 10% return per annum plus any potential share price and dividends upside provided that Hotung can make new breakthroughs in real solid growth of their businesses in future.

When did you buy Hotung and what is your average holding price? If you had bought it earlier and accumulated upon any dip in prices, then probably your average holding price is low and can fetch 10% dividend yield every year.
