Understand From the K1 Liquidation Team Deloitte & Touche Financial Advisory Services Pte Ltd
the final payout is not known yet as it  probably take  another year or so  to settle all the overseas Taxes and selling of asset before  knowing  what is the final pay out of the share  ( Which also known by them is final dividend pay out ). Do anyone have any other verision or comment on this issues. Unfortunately I did not attend the AGM  . Therefore have to wait earnestly for this long wind isssue to close the chapter.... Thanks in advance

Today K1 AGM + EGM = approval on dividend of $0.065 + capital reduction $0.305
XD  on 25 Oct 2017, capital reduction no date yet, final curtain also no date yet,
Possibly by 20 Nov 2017 would see counter suspended
NAV is $0.761
For people who cannot calculate, here it is $0.761 - $0.065 - $30.5 = estaimate about $0.391 left for final curtain
Sell now or wait until final curtain ? To each their own decision...Today' s casino closing is $0.82

Dear all

Want to seek all experts' view. With the dividend of $0.006 and capital reduction of 0.3035 for the sale of Guggenheim, the nav will drop to 0.46. Would there still be any chance to get back the money for the remaining nav if the stock goes mandatory liquidation?

Am thinking if I should sell the stock before the capital reduction takes place if cannot back remaining nav. (expecting it to be the last since it is for the sale of Guggenheim which is the last investment held)

Have no idea why the stock would rise above the NAV of 0.76. Nonetheless manage to cut loss at the current price and decided to move the investment to other stocks.

The NAV is there. Atleast they are giving back part of the value to the share holders and not over spending to leave nothing to share holders. If they liquidate the company you will get back the remaining value 42 cents. If you are impatient please cash out now.

Why today went up to 76.5 cts with high volume?   I thought NAV = 76 cts before divdend payout of 6 cts, so NAV should now be 69.5 cts?

All in all this has been a good stock for me which is fully paid for itself. There was a big slide from 90 cents to 65 cents for no reason and with no capital reduction.

Yes this is very disappointing. I have about 260,000 shares in K1 of which about 60,000 were bought at below 0.655 post my assessment below, so i do have quite a bit of skin in the game. Rightfully my sense was that a well run asset management firm should be priced at 2.5 times AUM or above. Yet it appears that the Guggenheim stake was valued at about 1.75 times Guggenheim' s AUM. Was hoping for a large boost in returns to my portfolio (which is up 4.20 percent this month and 27 percent this year) post stake sale. Unfortunately that will not be the case.
