last nov...sgx already approved placement @11.5c by uobkh.but the prc investor wan eat all placement....but kanna curbs...now kop already sold prudential tower..maybe dont need $$$...wintastar is a mega project...hope can open in 2019..now the focus will be kop end may full year result...should be ok because of prudential tower...dont play contra here..thanks

This kop is in a make or break situation. Having secured a mammoth piece of land for a project in PRC. If successfully launched, the price should shoot up multiple times. Recently got funding issue with a potential PRC investor unable to send money over because of capital curb by China's Central Bank
More selling down again.
We have some world class developers in our country.
KOP is one.

the profit from the $207m deals to sell the 79500 sq ft prudential tower will be include in the next.month fy result...the other deal of 55711.sq will be only confirm mid of.may.....b4 result....kop.got 25% shareholding.....i am.not too sure that kop will go.for.another round of placement as they already unload prudential.tower....now.waiting to to sell kop building...heard worth $30m.
ya...i must thank him for selling a few hundreds lots to me in march( after a long wait) and let mi make a handsome profit within 1 month.....think he bo song kop drag so long for wintastar project..lol...he still left 5-6% to do....and kop fy result and more news will be out in end may..buy only.u willing to hold...no contra pls...
