KOP Limited Issues Profit Warning: Net Loss Expected for 1H FY2026 Due to Real Estate Revenue Drop, Hospitality Shows Improvement
KOP Limited anticipates a net loss for the six months ended 30 September 2025 (1H FY2026), mainly due to a decrease in revenue from the real estate development and investment segment.
The loss is attributed to the completion and sale of all remaining units in the Dalvey Haus project during the prior period, leading to minimal revenue contribution in the latest half-year.
The hospitality segment showed performance improvement compared to the previous year&rsquo s corresponding period.
Full unaudited financial results will be published on or before 14 November 2025.
