Ha..hk boss very short sighted.....giving the nav around 68c and net cash on hand 32c..share price only 16c..kingboard is totally under value....look at valuetronic....share price much higher than kingboard....anyone know how to " force" the company to " dissolve" and distribute the cash to shareholders..?

Announcement from the company with respect to the hearing on 21 Apr 2016:
" A hearing was fixed for 21 April 2016 to determine the legal principles governing the valuation of shares.
Having heard the submissions by the parties, the Court adjourned the Hearing with liberty to apply, so that the parties could discuss further directions particularly as to the instructions (if any) to be given to their respective valuers."
Basically nothing conclusive yet regarding the valuation of the shares.

This joker is the subsidiary of hk listed co king board laminates....so.i willing to give a try..

Tikam some today.....just found out that kingboard laminates in hk do give good div...why the boss.so tough with sg kingboard.....kb boss...pls delist from sg and go back hk...lol
