According to its full year results, it posts a 52% less in net profits in 2011 as compared with 2010.
Due to the tightening credit measures by the China Government, their customers faced difficulties to pay up on time. That might explains the reason for the reduced in net profits.
However, their assets showed almost twice the amounts of trade receivables and prepayments which might indicate a sudden surge in share price in future.
One more factor that might affect its earnings is the foreign policy of restricting rare earth exports from China may post a good uptrend for this stocks.
If this policy becomes permanent, more manufacturing firms from many parts of the world which require rare earth will move into china to do manufacturing. It is because china exports more than 95% of the world's demand for rare earth. More companies will require environment clean up and Leader Environment Tech will be expected to have more customers.
