Keppel Corp and SPH will acquire all the remaining shares they do not already own in M1 offer price of $2.06 apiece.
It had crossed the 90%. of the total number of issued shares held by Konnectivity and its concert parties.... -- Offer remains open for acceptance till 5.30pm on March 18.

guess there probably will be an update of the strategic review anytime soon since the last announcement

Very curious....this jumped for no real reason that appeared obvious...something up....as some others observed is it attached to SPH/Keppel T& T...they also halt...curious...
