For those interested, the company is allowed to buy back its own shares at $0.044 today as 1.05x of the last 5 days' avg closing is $0.04452.

So indeed the 20mil buy order was actually the company' s first share buyback just initiated today at $0.043 of which a total 7.6311 mil was bought.

$0.043 will become the floor price now.

But I figure the MDR warrants will be a better leveraged play for those who believe the mother shares will trend higher after the sell down from its recent rights issues.
The company is now flushed with lots of cash having raised $30.6 million from its recent rights issues !
