The volume for this stock is the same as the forum chat leh haha, only have you inside. I' ve never seen such low volume for any SGX stock before tbh.What' s your info on this?

MFG wanted to venture into e-cigarette, I hope MFG can acquire RTO/partner/ a medical company manufacturing Covic test kits .. then shareholders will huat and MFG itself will huat..MFG

lets hope mfg RTO a medical company dealing with the covic virus.. hahahaha
Nowadays very difficult to find a gem where a RTO is going to take place... MFG is one of the rare potential multibagger once RTO is annouced.

penny stocks are getting their turns... MFG may be the next...
my wish is that a reputable company can do a RTO (new business).. some famous companies like bak kwa shop mei zhen xiang or chinese medical hall like fu hua.. those that we see almost everywhere ones.. etc.. then we will huat! and usually when a RTO happens, they will return all excess cash, so it means they may sell away their yishun property to unlock the cash and return to shareholders. Why not? MFG holds more than 50% of the shares, if they return the cash, it benefits them too.. I think the CEO retires and give way to other becos they may be doing a RTO so he lets other carry out the RTO , new ideas and new management.. so wait patiently.. multibagger if RTO happens. And in the meantime we wait for our 3.5 cents dividend in aug :)

This one laggard. Rotation play liao.. seems like interest coming back...
NTA 8.6 cents.. 42% in cash (not counting the 3.5 cents held by the escrow account in bank), the rest in the yishun industrial properties quoted at book value. Market value is higher than book value so real NTA should be around 10 cents. Company indicating in August we should be getting the rest of the cash that is in Escrow account. Once we get the 3.5 cents dividend by year end, we are actually looking for paying market price - 3.5 cents = 8.5 - 3.5 = we are paying 5 cents for a company with real NTA of 10 cents which 42% is in cash. If they sell their yishun properties, we are looking at a cash pile of almost 9+ cents vs 5 cents that we actually paid if u buy the share at 8.5 cents. Hopefully they sell the yishun properties and return all the cash to shareholders and delist. :) then looking at 100% profit. Keeping fingers crossed.
