Chances is great it go kaput, but the management is strong willed people and genuine businessman, but due to global slowdown, and dry bulk gg down, i think chance is slim,

I think sell at whatever px, get back some token better than zero, and if miracle do happen , u can always get back in and ride it.

alway ppl think it will come back and hope and stay till it is broke.

hv a stop loss, if drop 50%. 70%, u see lossing Q   to Q, and all bad news, just cut, at least u see some money, if go bust, u dont get a single cent back,

then use that to bet on other.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 12 November 2015 updating that the application filed

by HSH Nordbank AG Singapore Branch on 9 September 2015 for an interim judicial manager to be

appointed (the &ldquo IJM Application&rdquo ) had been fixed for hearing on 12 November 2015 at 5pm.

As an update, the Court has at the said hearing dismissed the IJM Application.

Was there not an article here about a India newspapers report about potential takeover target at around 5c a share for Mercator Line recently?

Always do due diligent and know the risk before putting money into any stock. Look like they needed a White-Knight to rescue them from sinking deeper
