Hey looky looky here. SGX wake up from hibernation.
SGX objects to Henn Tan as Trek CEO orders EGM on the matter
Don' t get your hopes up too high.
I also kena s-chits shares before, Eratat, Anwell Tech.
As far as I am aware, once the money in the bank disappears, there has no case of a recovery (hope I am wrong though).

If I' m the CEO, I will do my best to resolve w/ all parties, uncovering all matters. Have high integrity, honesty and trust, this is the best policy. Money is not everything, reputation is far more valuable! whoever is crook in the company cannot be spared, they must be turned in to police.

Question
Does SIAS uses external source to act as retail investor to make enquiries to Midas investor relation channel to evaluate for "Most Transparent Company" award ?
Does SIAS uses external source to act as retail investor to make enquiries to Midas investor relation channel to evaluate for "Most Transparent Company" award ?
Has the management taken any steps to improve collection in their aged receivables? And since Midas has won the most transparent award before , will the management be forthcoming in declaring age receivables turning into bad debts in a timely manner that will result in a profit warning ?
One more question ....
Did coy receive any assurance of payment of receivable, thru official or non-official channel, verbal or written ?

The group NAV as of 30 September 2017 was SGD 43cts. Why didn&rsquo t the company issue the mandate to buy back the shares at the current low price when more than 80% of the company&rsquo s ordinary shares were held in the hands of the public?

Not to worry, these questions are still intended for management to answer us as shareholders. It's time for management to show their courtesy and prove that they don't have weak corporate governance. Regarding the short retracement, there will always be profit taking, a while straight up chart like bitcoin will scare the hell of me.

1. Approximately 70% of trade receivables are within credit terms, however as mentioned, the trade payables has likewise delayed. Though 70% consider generally safe, what are the measures that management will think about of improving the collection, though generally it's based on the overall market trend for the days of collection. How can management improve the collection, like reduce the credit term, but at the same time not losing the customer?
2. As they stated, they can contra their receivables and payables, how can they improve in this mean and improve their balance sheet presentation?
3. How can management/KMP in the company contributes to the company and enhance shareholder value, if they claimed their guidance for future performance remains valid? Should chairman or KMP buy some shares to boost shareholder confidence?

2 qns from me for now
- How much is Dalian Huicheng profit contribution to Midas for the past few quarters?
- Cash flow is important to company.. The price crash could be due to shareholders concern over company ability to repay debts that are due.. What actions are Midas taking to ensure that they will be able to repay the debt that is due, and when can Midas be able to receive payment from those trade receivables?

What measures have the CEO and Managment team taken to stablize the share price?

Some suggestions
1) Was the price crash been discussed in mgt meeting ?
2) If it was discussed, what decisive consideration drove mgt not to voluntarily respond, with public statement, to clear market concern arising from article by The Edge Singapore & Business Time ?
3) Was there the intent to delist, ever been discussed.?
