If never sold off to cma cgm, now NOL would have huat like crazy.

i called up CDP and they say all share holding is paid up by this aquisition.... and i shld check my bank account. Hv to say sometimes I do not check the " debit" side much , just chk " credit" side is accurate or not, hahaaa... will go back and see last year statement to see they made payment back to me or not.

Once it is delisted from public listing, you will still be a shareholder, but it will be a bit difficult in getting rid of them since they are not traded on an open market.

Unless you can find buyer yourself who willing to buy it but I doubt people will buy a delist company share.

The only way out should be email to NOL and check whnether the company is willing to buy back your share.

Then I am lucky to sell my thousands at $1.305... better price and faster payment.

So it' s better to sell in open market at $1.305 if you have many shares even after brokerage you still get a slight better price.  You will receive  payment day after due date  in your bank acct. Sell on Monday get your money on Friday.
