OUE LTD worth buying for long term

Market is smart and efficient. Companies who take excessive risks or poorly manage or dont treat shareholders fairly and play with their money will all be sell down. I am becoming a very long term shareholder lo.

 

OUE wants to be like big brother ( GIC ). That why spin of H and C trust. 
I think they still waiting for opportunites to whack. 
But agree they need more young blood.     

 

Not only not convince, but the way the company is run by uncles worry me. The result yesterday sucks. Such a big billion dollar company only make $2M profit in a quarter. Maybe next quarter, it will report a loss if the momentum continues? Price keeping dropping like shit from $3 previously to less than half the price now. Are they using the money to help Lippo group I don' t know? They still have losses in mutual funds not realized yet according to ocbc analyst. And next year they want to go into fund management business. Want to be like GLP, can or not? GLP got big bro GIC support and talented people in charge. Thinking of cutting loss...

Been watching this ctr since it bought 10% of First REIT. Still a very weak ctr,... but it own a Gem REIT,... how will it play out in future ? Any opinions, bros ?

 

need to stay listed to get unlimited funding actually.

its share is up just because of wheelock privatization.
After fever is over, it will drop back.
