OUE Downtown is a horrible inaccessible building. Far from MRT and amenities. Also exterior nice but interior is the old DBS Building.

I actually see OUEHT being sacrificed to save OUECT. I like the hotel trust for being a proxy for Jewel and SG tourism. Now it is exposed to subpar office assets in CT.

I own both, I agree with the calculation too but you will only lock in profit assuming comm reit price stay by then when it converted.
The way to look at this is:
1. Like I own both, I should sell comm reit and buy h trust
2. If don't have any of them and intend to buy, buy h trust
Unfort I don?t like OUECT and wish they do not merge.
