Yes.  Posted exit offer letter on 11 January and received funds on 19 January by direct crediting into bank account.

Anyone revived your funds back yet?
Thanks for the response.     Rotary has sent out another update late last night.     They have extended the deadline from 24th Jan to 31st Jan....phew.
Will get it settled.     Thanks
Will get it settled.     Thanks
Still got hope of a mandatory takeover if they acquire more than 90%.

Think DBS CF could be the advisor - so good to contact them ASAP.

Need some urgent advice.
My dad owns quite a bit of Rotary shares and he has just informed me that he din receive the FAA/Exit Offer form.
And only now then he made up his mind to accept the exit offer
What do i need to do next since he does not have all the forms?     Was told can get the electronic form and just sign & submit.
I have searched and found this......
http://infopub.sgx.com/FileOpen/Orochem_Rotary%20-%20FAT%20Form.ashx?App=Announcement& FileID=483214
Anyone can advise if this is the correct one?   I can just fill up accordingly, get him to sign and deliver personally ?
Thanks.

i think UOL offer was part of a bigger plan to take steps to privatise the whole company at a latter stage. Not sure if rotary management will be so keen to deal with minorities in future.. Just by private placements, will wipe out all minorities eventually.
Good to accept and let go i feel, always have the opportunity to earn back, rather than stuck in a delisted counter where u can have no exits.

In another case of Singapore Land, it was delisted at an offer price of $9.40 but not all accepted the offer. Just recently in Nov 2017, UOL offered $11.85 to buy up all the remaining Singapore Land shares.

I will not be accepting the offer. Will hold on to the share which gave div of 0.048 during good times like 2010, 2011. Check out sgx.com. Times are going to be good and the big share holders will reward themselves (share holders) with good dividend.
Feel sad for minority shareholders, management took home millions of dollars in remuneration in the last few years while minority shareholders got nothing, and now this is how they reward them.
Thats lousy news. Anyway, hope we still have the chance to block at the acceptance stage.  Hopefully if there is lousy response, they will be forced to increase the offer price. They won' t want a large clump of minority shareholders sitting on their books in any case.

Hi there,
you can call DBS phone no. 68785478 to find out more.  I just called and was told that as per today' s EGM, Rotary will be delisted.

Seems like no activity, no interest - looks like this is a goner.
Anyone can advice? If we reject the buyout proposal at the EGM, but do not accept the Exit Offer, and the proposal goes through - does that mean we have to hold the unlisted shares? Like a gun to the head low-ball attempt?

Don' t they have to make an unconditional compulsory  takover offer, if they hit the 90% threshold?  Doesn' t the SGX rule apply in this case?

Pls see below. If delisting proceeds, how? End up with shares in unlisted company and will be difficult to sell off in future?
Page 9 of circular dated 26 Dec 2017.
" SHAREHOLDERS SHOULD NOTE THAT IF THE DELISTING RESOLUTION IS APPROVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LISTING MANUAL, THE COMPANY WILL BE DELISTED. FOLLOWING THE DELISTING, SHAREHOLDERS WHO DO NOT ACCEPT THE EXIT OFFER WILL CONTINUE TO HOLD SHARES IN THE COMPANY, WHICH WILL THEN BE AN UNLISTED COMPANY."

There will be 2 letters, one is the exit offer at 0.46 with an orange acceptance form, another is the delist offer which contains the proxy form for the EGM. Both letters were dispatched on 26 Dec. I have received one and yet to receive the other containing the proxy form.
Once I receive the proxy form, I will mail it so that it will reach before 7 Jan 2018.

Two tight slaps and shame on Chia for so nicely rewarding his faithful minorities through a Low-ball opportunistic buyout offer partnering with the oil rich foreigners.
