| The board of directors (&ldquo Directors&rdquo or &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Secura Group Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo , together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) is pleased to announce that Soverus Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had been awarded a contract (&ldquo Contract&rdquo ) by a Singapore Government Agency to provide manpower to support enforcement services. The Contract has an initial term of thirty-six (36) months, effective from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years. The total Contract value inclusive of the optional extension period is approximately S$21.2 million. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net asset value per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. |
