Semb Corp to file for Indian IPO

I am not positive on Semb Ind.  First it alrdy hv to cover the hugh lost of Smeb M
Wld Power division cant cover this hole ?  Anyway dividend given is 2or3 cent last year.  Wonder wld it be cut or even gone.
Jus my view ( I am vested for the long term )

When exactly is the India IPO? Like smoke only, no sound no picture still.
Anyway, also loaded some recently 3.05.
This counter like very depressed for a very long time liao cos of Sembmarine. Hope can fly soon...

A married deal of over 200lot done at 3.11 ??  Wonder why he dont just buy from the open market at 3.06

From Phillip Capital: After going through a period of correction since February 2018, price found some support off the 3.00 psychological round number. The 3.00 psychological round number was tested on two separate occasions in May and April with the bulls winning the fight, showing some early sign of strength.
As a result, price went into a consolidation since March with 3.00 acting as the range low and 3.18 acting as the range high. The recent price action signals a possible move back into the uptrend again after price broke and closed significantly above the 3.18 range high and 20, 60 day moving average on the week ended 20/04/18. In addition, the bullish break was backed by increasing volume.
Expect price to head higher next to test the 3.38 resistance area followed by 3.60.

 

As announce, Semb c is going a re-structuring ...which cld bring in lot of $$
Further IPO of India operations was target at $500 M .
Any order win/s from Semb Marine ( which is big orders) wld certainly be a catalyst to Semb Corp as its result is pull down by Semb M

Business Times reported this week that there is an over supply of power in Singapore, and one Genco (not likely Sembcorp as it has other businesses) is likely to go under.

This will greatly impact Sembcorp, as  its Power Plant has always been a cash cow. Together with its brick & mortar, the shipbuilding in a slump, the outlook is bad.

Its senior executives volunteered a 10%? cut in salaries recently. NOT a good sign.
