Technically, instead of the Board, can shareholders initiate a Right Issue?
To free Huang from the burden of cash flow concern, why not raise some fund to repay bond holders?
Then Huang can focus his energy on building more factory and sales channel.

Rely on auditor. But they have been using the same auditor for long time. Auditor normally will not sat anything negative unless it is a significant finding.
